What if the Church was more than just a Sunday gathering? What if ...it was the heartbeat of a thriving community, bringing real transformation to people’s lives? At Mosaic, that’s exactly what we believe and what we strive and work towards to make a reality every single day. Our number one priority is to strengthen local churches and mobilize them to reach their communities. We believe that true transformation begins with the discipleship of Jesus, a journey of faith, mentorship, and intentional growth in Faith, the Bible, and JESUS!
Our approach is NEVER one-size-fits-all because every community has its own strengths and challenges. Instead, we tailor our efforts to meet specific needs, ensuring long-lasting impact.

Our mission revolves around four key movements: relief, development, discipleship, and mobilization. Please know, these aren’t just buzzwords to us...they are the building blocks of a thriving, faith-filled community!
Discipleship Jesus: Salt + Light
At the heart of our missions is equipping local churches to be salt + light. Watch the video below to hear from some of the leaders around the world that we work with had to say when we asked them what Matthew 5:13-16 means to them.
Our Four Pillars: A Holistic Approach to Discipleship Jesus
1. Relief: Showing Up in Times of Need
Sometimes, life throws unexpected hardships our way, natural disasters, food shortages, medical emergencies. When that happens, the church should be the first to respond. Our goal at Mosaic is during these times of hardship to step in, provide relief, and offer food, shelter, medical aid, and emergency assistance, if needed.
But we don’t stop there. While relief is essential, it’s only the beginning. Our ultimate goal is discipleship with Jesus and sharing His light with the world. We believe that walking alongside people long after the crisis to help them rebuild with faith and purpose.
2. Development: Helping Communities Thrive
We believe in empowerment! Development means equipping individuals with the skills and resources they need to build sustainable futures. (The ripple effect!) Whether it’s vocational training, education, or economic initiatives, we’re passionate about helping people flourish.
But real development isn’t just about financial stability, it’s about spiritual growth, too. That’s why discipleship Jesus is at the heart of our development work, ensuring that communities grow not only in self-sufficiency but also in faith.

3. Discipleship: The Heartbeat of Everything We Do
Discipleship Jesus isn’t a program, it’s a lifestyle. It’s about raising up believers who are committed to knowing Jesus, growing in faith, and helping others do the same. We prioritize small groups, one-on-one mentoring, and leadership development to create a culture where disciples make disciples.
And let’s be honest, discipleship isn’t always easy. It requires time, commitment, and relationships built on trust. That’s why we focus on relational discipleship, walking alongside people as they grow in their faith journey.
4. Mobilization: Activating the Church to Make an Impact
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." - Matthew 28:19-20
Jesus didn’t call us to sit still, He called us to go. Mobilization is about equipping believers to step out in faith and engage in missions, outreach, and social justice.
The local church should be a hub of transformation, and we work to see that happen by providing training and opportunities for believers to live out their faith in practical ways.

Relationships First: The Core of Discipleship Jesus
If there’s one thing we know, it’s this: relationships matter!!
Jesus didn’t just preach to crowds; He walked with His disciples, ate with them, laughed with them, and taught them through real-life experiences. That’s the model we follow. Right relationships with God and others aren’t just a side goal of discipleship Jesus, they are the goal! AND that is the heart beat of Mosaic!
Storytelling: The Power of Sharing What God is Doing
We believe in the power of storytelling. God is constantly writing incredible stories of redemption, healing, and transformation, and we love sharing them. Whether it’s a testimony of someone breaking free from poverty, a new church plant, a pastor being equipped to lead his church, or an entire village coming to faith, these stories remind us why discipleship Jesus matters.
Every testimony we share is proof that the Gospel is alive and active, changing lives and communities in ways only God can orchestrate. Our goal is to share as many stories as we can. You can read our most recent stories here.
Thoughts to Leave You With!
As we reflect on the power and importance of discipleship Jesus, we are reminded of 2 Timothy 2:2:
“And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.”
This verse is a powerful reminder that discipleship in Jesus is about multiplication. It’s not just about personal growth but about passing on faith, wisdom, and leadership to others. When we invest in discipleship, we are building a legacy of faith that extends far beyond our own lives.
May we all embrace the call to discipleship, Jesus, being the Salt + Light and living out our faith in a way that impacts generations to come!!
